Challenge Rules: Guidelines for Success

To ensure a fair and rewarding experience for all participants in the "Purpose into Power: The Ikigai Mastery Challenge," we’ve established a set of rules and guidelines. By following these rules, you’ll not only stay on track but also maximize your chances of achieving your goals and earning exciting rewards.

Introduction

The Ikigai Mastery Challenge was created by the Strengths Quotient Institute as a key component of The Ikigai Zone initiative and is proudly backed by tribefii, your ultimate business and gig generator. This challenge is designed to help you discover your true purpose, build a powerful personal brand, and unlock your full potential through guided gig opportunities and the transformative power of your Ikigai.

1. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Location: The challenge is open to participants worldwide.
  • Registration: All participants must complete the registration process, including payment of the registration fee, before the challenge start date.

2. Challenge Timeline

  • Start Date: The challenge officially begins on 1 September 2024.
  • End Date: The challenge ends 30 September 2024.
  • Pre-Challenge Preparation: Participants are encouraged to complete Steps 3 and 4 (profile setup and content planning) before the official start date.

3. Content Creation

  • AI Assistance: tribefii’s AI will assist in generating content based on the personal and professional information you provide. Participants are responsible for reviewing, refining, and personalizing the content to ensure it aligns with their brand and voice.
  • Originality: All content shared during the challenge must be original and created by the participant, with the assistance of tribefii’s AI. Plagiarism or copying of content from other sources is strictly prohibited.
  • Content Platforms: Participants may create and share content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, video platforms, and personal websites.
  • Required Content: Participants must generate and share content as outlined in the challenge guidelines, including but not limited to blog posts, social media updates, and videos.

4. Audience Growth and Engagement

  • Goal: Participants should aim to gain 1,000 new followers or subscribers on their chosen platform(s) by the end of the challenge.
  • Engagement: Participants are expected to actively engage with their audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Metrics Tracking: Participants must track their audience growth and engagement metrics using tribefii’s tools and submit these metrics for review at the end of the challenge.

5. Financial Transactions and Earnings

  • Income Generation: All income generated during the challenge must be transacted through tribefii’s system and recorded as paid with no refunds within 90 days of the transactions. Income can include products or services sold, events hosted, or online courses created.
  • Digital Products: For digital products sold through other platforms, proof of creation through tribefii will be checked for eligibility.

6. Compliance and Conduct

  • Community Guidelines: Participants must adhere to the community guidelines of any platform they use to share content. This includes respecting intellectual property rights, avoiding offensive language or imagery, and maintaining a positive, supportive environment.
  • Fair Play: Participants are expected to compete fairly and honestly. Any attempts to manipulate metrics, such as buying followers or using bots, will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Final Decisions: All decisions made by the Strengths Quotient Institute (SQI) for the Ikigai Mastery Challenge will be final. This includes decisions related to rule violations, disqualification, and the awarding of prizes.

7. Prizes and Recognition

  • Prize Eligibility: To be eligible for prizes, participants must meet the challenge’s content creation, audience growth, and engagement requirements.
  • Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced within two weeks after the challenge ends. Prizes will be distributed based on performance, as evaluated by a panel of judges.
  • Recognition: All participants who complete the challenge will receive recognition for their efforts, including feedback and a certificate of participation.

8. Withdrawal and Refunds

  • Withdrawal: Participants may choose to withdraw from the challenge at any time. However, once the challenge has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • No-Refund Policy: Please be aware that this challenge operates under a strict no-refund policy. By registering for the Ikigai Mastery Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

9. Liability

  • Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own actions during the challenge, including the content they create and share. SQI and tribefii are not liable for any disputes, legal issues, or damages arising from participants’ actions.
  • Agreement: By registering for the Ikigai Mastery Challenge, participants agree to comply with all rules and guidelines outlined on this page.
